Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervision of the Applications Delivery Officer that handles the over-all management and effective implementation of the Bank’s enterprise productivity solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees project management, business analysis and implementation activities.

• Support resolution of production problem logs in coordination with IT or external vendor for needed patches/fixes as coordinated by the Operations team.

• Observe project management discipline and diligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.

• At least eight (8) years in experience in systems implementation projects preferably on bank systems or ten (10) years progressive experience in the same function.

• Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
