Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Elicit business requirements, perform requirement analysis, and support the creation of business cases for assigned projects.
• Deliver assigned projects and ensure system enhancements, process improvements, and service implementations meet user specifications.
• Support development, testing, certification, and implementation of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the payments and/or banking industry, with strong knowledge of payments and banking processes.
• Knowledge of Business and Requirement Analysis, System Development Life Cycle, and basic project management.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and basic programming skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
