BUSINESS ANALYST :

 

Job Mandate :

 

The Business Analyst will be assigned to various projects across BDO business units and its subsidiaries, delivering the following services:

 

> Analyze and document current state processes and operating models

> Define user stories and detailed business requirements

> Design target state processes

> Propose target state operating models

> Align solutions (Process, People & Technology) with the target state operating model

> Define UAT scenarios, cases and scripts

> Triage UAT defects and manage defect resolution

> Develop and execute user training plans and curriculum

 

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Business Analyst is expected to perform the following deliverables for each project phase:

 

1. Design

a) Create Current State Process Maps (for e.g. SIPOC)

b) Document Current State Process Workflows

c) Perform Current State Data Discovery

d) Identify and Document Current State Pain Points and RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies)

e) Write To-be User Stories (Customer/Employee Journeys)

f) Create To-be Process Flows

g) Develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) Capability Catalog

h) Write Detailed Business Requirements

I) Perform Solution Mapping and Alignment (process, people, tech)

 

2. Build

a) Create UAT Cases and Scenarios

b) Map UAT Cases and Scenarios to Requirement. Ensure Requirements Coverage in Testing

c) Perform UAT Defect Management

 

3. Roll-Out

a) Develop Training Plans and Curriculums

b) Training delivery

 

Education : Graduate of any course related to business or information technology is a plus but not a requirement

 

Work Experience : At least 2 years (JAM) or 5 years (AM and up) of experience in business analysis
