Job Summary:
The Branch Systems Support Officer is responsible for supporting branch systems, addressing user inquiries, and ensuring smooth branch operations through issue analysis, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide system support, troubleshoot branch‑reported issues, and escalate complex concerns

Execute and document system testing (manual or automated)

Coordinate with branches, IT, and vendors for issue resolution

Maintain logs, reports, and procedural documentation
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field

At least 3 years banking experience (branch operations or system support preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Advantage: Experience in system testing or QA

Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas
