Billings Processor

Job Summary:

 Process accurate payment to Service Providers and ensure timely collections to partner banks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensures correctness and accuracy of the billings settled by BDO with Service Providers and TelcosDirectly coordinates with the concerned units/service providers for related services billed to BDOSecures various reports from concerned units to ensure validity of services being billed to BDOPrepares billings to partner banks for terminal sharing fee and to merchants, as necessaryEnsures that the payment received from partner banks for terminal sharing fee and merchant for rendered services coincides with the billingSecures all payments are updated and cleared

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant courseAt least 2 years of experience in billing operations, gained from bank or other financial institutionMust be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
