BBG Recruitment Lead

Job Summary:

• Manage BBG NCR Officer Hiring which includes, but not limited to: Demand Fulfillment, Stakeholder Management and Process Improvement/New Initiatives roll-out
• Drive effective applicant funneling, establish conversion targets and hiring TAT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
• Experience in end-to-end Recruitment Operations 
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati/Ortigas
