Job Summary
The Asset Maint. & Corp Actions Assistant is responsible for processing the creation/maintenance of asset/securities (and related counterparties), non-financial contributions/withdrawals, safekeeping of non-financial assets and corporate actions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Processes asset/securities creation/maintenance, issuer/broker/custodian/counterparty creation/maintenance, non-financial assets contribution, non-financial assets withdrawal, payments for property assets taxes, fire insurance and other dues.

Safekeeps the non-financial assets/documents received. Encodes the safekept/released documents in system (as applicable). Receives instruction from Front office for withdrawal, pull-out, or temporary/permanent release of documents.

Monitors corporate actions (declarations of cash dividends, stock dividends, stock rights, stock splits, coupons) and receive corporate action notification from custodian/ Clearstream / PDTC.
- Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree relevant to the job

With 2-3 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any Financial Institution is an advantage

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
