Area Operations Officer

Job Summary:

Primary responsible for the area and all its Branches for the following:

* Ensures continuing compliance with applicable internal policies and guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements.

* Ensures adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes.

* Ensures continuing compliance with applicable MTPP provisions.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4 year degree course.

• At least 2 year(s) of experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution, preferably in branch operations

• Highly proficient in computer and business applications

• Excellent command of the English language

• Effective presentation and negotiation skills

• Leadership and effective interpersonal and people management
