Duties and Responsibilities:Receiving and examining submitted documents and coordinating with clients for schedule of field inspectionPreparing lot plotting of property based on technical description from titleConducting ocular inspection of the property, taking measurements of land and improvementsVerify with tax mapping from the assessor's office to validate property's exact location

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business-related courseAt least 3 years of related experience in all types of property appraisalReal Estate Appraiser license holderMust be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
