Analyst

Job Description:

• As an Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed. Assist in developing test cases, test data and be the point person for queries in functional testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop functional requirements, based on business requirements, and identify the non-functional requirements for the solution architect

• Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail the requirements

• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will address their business requirements

• Ensure the operational support processes are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

• At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organization is a plus)

• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment 

• Able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
