Job Summary:

 

  • Understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed.

  • Work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations

  • Able to clearly articulate business requirement, functional requirements and non-functional requirements

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a deeper understanding of the business processes, business organization, and expected business outcomes.

  • Review, analyze, and identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail the requirements.

  • Document and manage the changes to functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives.

  • Explain to business users how the proposed solution will address their business requirements.

  • Ensure the operational support processes are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements.

  • Support the vendor and product evaluation during the service definition phase.

  • Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map these to the functional requirements.

  • Assist in developing test cases and test data, and be the point person for queries in functional testing

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant course

  • At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus).

  • Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment

  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Makati / Ortigas
