Agency Management Officer

Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for reducing portfolio provisions on unsecured loans from 90 days past due to 150 days past due.

Responsibilities

• Handles the external collection services providers tasked to handle collection, field visit, skiptracing and legal assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business course.

• At least 2-3 years working experience in collections preferably gained form a bank or other financial institution.

• With good negotiation skills.

• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas and work On Site.
