Affiliation Data Review Officer

Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible in processing of Approved Merchants with lacking requirements and compliance, Merchant Data (Credit, Debit and Mobile Wallets) Creation and Maintenance, ICBS CIF Creation and Maintenance, RPT and AMLA Review, Posting of POS Terminal Forms, Post Maintenance Review, Quality Assurance Checking and Exception Report preparation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews and screens approved merchant affiliation requests with pending requirement/s or recommendation from Affiliation and Maintenance Team

• Recommends Credit Decision, accounts for approval with Deferment on Submission of Requirement/s and/or elevates to proper credit authority exceptions highlighted, if any

• Endorse enrollment for newly affiliated merchants to Merchant Online (MOL) thru submission of the Merchant Online Reporting System (MORS) Form

• Complies with AMLU’s risk profiling (High or Normal Risk) and documentary requirements for High Risk Merchants as mandated in the Bank’s Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP)

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder

• At least 2 years experience in Credit Processing / Evaluation / Quality Assurance gained from a bank or any financial institutions.

• Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
