To provide assistance and support to the section / unit head on the management of service concerns of the department including the electronic requisition, procurement database management, procurement systems, and development, improvement, and implementation of requisition (internal and external) and procurement guidelines, policies, and procedures.

 

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • System Management : Analyze System Flows, Perform Testings, and Recommend Improvements and Feature Enhancements

  • Conduct User Orientations, Answer and Troubleshoot concerns or queries about the procurement system

  • Establish guidelines and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to

  • Monitor Unit compliance to established Legal and Regulatory Policies


Your Qualifications and Experiences should be:  

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Preferably IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering-related course)

  • With at least 2 years experience in systems support and admin works -procurement systems and processes

  • System Programming, Project Management and ISO Certification is an advantage

 


You must be willing to work ON-SITE in Ortigas.
