Job Summary



The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head/s in all administrative matters for his/her unit/team in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Schedules and coordinates appointments/meetings meeting venue and required resources/equipment refreshments/meals

  • Handles all incoming and outgoing calls, all incoming and outgoing correspondences, prepares draft memos finalizes copies of memos

  • Handles supplies and company giveaway requisitions; trains Office Assistant; schedules leaves, anticipates and endorses duties/responsibilities when on leave

  • Receives notices of absence from department/unit employees; Manages files and records; Assists in the preparation of documents/presentation materials

  • Performs other clerical/administrative related functions as may be assigned from time to time



Qualifications



  • Graduate of a 4-year bachelor degree course, preferably Secretarial

  • Preferably has experience using office productivity tools like spreadsheet, presentation and word processor

  • Knowledge in clerical and scheduling work; Good organizational and problem-solving skills; Highly supportive of business and of its ideas

  • Highly-motivated and passionate with his work; Excellent interpersonal skills; Good oral and written communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
