Job Summary:

 

The Acquisition Manager is responsible in collaborating with partner channels to promote credit card sign-ups and target potential companies for corporate and retail cards in order to achieve Business Unit goals, and shall be accountable for ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of incomplete endorsements and reconsideration requests, as well as preparing accurate MIS reports for partner channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Achieve 100% of Retail and Corporate Card Approvals for the assigned team.
  • Solicit potential companies for corporate cards.
  • Implement strategies and maximize potential of the channel in accordance to the prevailing regulatory policies.
  • Meet turn-in targets and execute corporate cards effectively.
  • Maintain contactability during business hours.
  • Regular engagement with partner channels to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Stay updated on products and promotions to sell to partner channels effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper handling of all assigned tasks and orders from management.
    Perform other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration 
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in credit card sales, sales strategy development and team management gained from bank or other financial institution
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
