Account Officer

Basic Functions

• Responsible for account solicitation, manage and build the assigned channel and ensure that sizable share of the market is attained.

• Responsible for loan packaging, cross selling of other CBG products to different sources or channel, pre-screening of accounts and ensuring proper KYC of accounts handled.

• Responsible for the implementation of marketing promos and programs that translate to the success in loan generation.

• Ensures quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan application

• Responsible in addressing clients’ requests and concerns to meet client’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder

• With good sales and preferably, credit experience of at least three (3) years

• Sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, good product knowledge

and knowledge in legal documentation
