Voice Engineer

Job Description:

As a Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for making every effort that all network voice devices and facilities at data center are available, and the available recovery or contingency procedures are functioning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure network voice devices based on set network voice standards.  

• Support projects that have requirements for voice network or hardware for voice network infrastructure.  

• Design, propose, implement and document network voice infrastructure.  

• Provide technical guidance to project teams or other business units.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field  

• Proficient in Telephony/Voice technology, PABX, knowledge in Local/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN), routers, switches and networking devices 

• Candidate must be willing to work in Makati.
