Vendor Manager

Job Description:

• As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the vendor database, including but not limited to key information on vendors, vendor classification, key contacts, etc. Contribute and supports the Vendor Governance Head, IT Governance Head, other Vendor Standards and Governance Manager and overall Department in establishing internal policies, standards, and processes for strategic IT vendor interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and execute policies and standards on governing vendors, both from a new vendor and existing vendor perspective

• Compile and analyze vendor related metrics that will help manage vendor relationship and delivery

• Actively report progress and call out escalations to IT Management

• Actively track and compile all artifacts required to execute vendor management function of the Unit

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

• 3 years of experience in vendor management and project delivery or delivery excellence

• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all functional team, 3rd party and individuals in all levels

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
