Vendor Management Operations Analyst

Job Mandate

 

Contributes and supports the IT Vendor Governance Head and overall Department in establishing internal policies, standards, and processes for strategic IT vendor interaction; ; proactively manage vendor relationship, commitment, performances, escalation, etc; and manage overall IT-risk related to vendors.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Performs at least one of the following functions:

 

· Vendor Management

 

o Assist all new vendors in accreditation, onboarding and offboarding

 

o Review all requirements before endorsing to purchasing for vendor accreditation; address any delays on vendor accreditation and expedite as needed

 

o Monitor accreditation expiration and provide IT visibility on those expired or near expiration

 

o Maintain vendor database, including key information on vendors, vendor classification, key contacts, etc.

 

o Keep track of vendor commitments and responses to regulatory requirements

 

o Manage regulatory compliance and requirements related to vendors and suppliers

 

o Collect data, perform indepth analysis and generate reports for Management consumptions

 

o Prepare artifacts needed to operationalize vendor governance

 

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements

 

Education Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

 

Work Experience At least 3 years of hands-on experience

 

Knowledge and Skills · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all functional teams, 3rd party and individuals at all levels. · Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams in completing important projects and major initiatives. · Strong written, oral interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
