Unit Lead

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the overall management and execution of activities related to BDO Private Bank and BDO Securities referrals, including the identification of business opportunities, coordination with relationship managers and product partners, and the promotion of investment and wealth management solutions to clients

• Ensures effective referral conversion

• Supports client acquisition and retention initiatives

• Contributes to the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets through the offering of appropriate financial products and services to the Private Bank and Securities client segments
