Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives within the organization. The role ensures alignment with business objectives, oversees research and development of AI technologies, and drives innovation to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in deciding technologies and related roadmap for development, testing, deployment of AI/machine learning models.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems.
• Define the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead the adoption of emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision).
• Communicate complex AI concepts and project outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Conduct regular reviews and refine AI models to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or a related field. 
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing AI projects or teams
• Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are advantageous.
