Responsibilities

This position supports operational efficiency of Transaction Banking Fulfillment - Retail Services and helps mitigate financial risk of BDO through:

  • Timely and accurate processing/posting of Account Based Payroll, Cash Card Payroll, Value Transfer request, manual debit and credit adjustments to CASA, batch adjustments, General Ledger entries and Cash Card, and Bulk Bills Payment ICOS as requested by branches, internal partners and/or clients

  • Timely and accurate elimination of transaction floats, reduction of financial exposure and maintenance of legitimacy of account balances

  • Resolving or escalating transactions processing issues and concerns

  • Performing all assigned tasks in accordance with the control and accounting policies and applicable rules and guidelines


 

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati and Ortigas Area

  • Must be a Filipino citizen
