The position is primarily responsible for professionalizing our sales force by inculcating sound life insurance fundamentals.

 

Responsibilities:

Training Administration and Logistics

  • Responsible for all training materials (safe-keeping, reproduction, collation, distribution of training handouts and manuals)
  • Responsible for the preparation of RCPs and PRFs
  • Training Room custodian
  • Provide assistance during the Pre-deployment and other training classes

 

Training Support

  • Responsible for the arrangement of hotel accommodation and flight booking of Financial Advisors and Sales Leaders

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in life insurance training experience
  • Must have good floor presentation skills.
  • Good team player, creative, collaborative and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
