Job Summary

The Technical Lead for Retail Channels Applications – Branch Banking Applications is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of secure and scalable branch banking solutions. The role provides technical and architectural direction, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, while overseeing end-to-end implementation and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, reliable systems that meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for branch banking applications
• Define and ensure adherence to solution architecture and enterprise standards
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design to implementation
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Lead solution design, including APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
• Manage and mitigate technical risks, issues, and system dependencies
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and vendors for aligned delivery
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Mentor teams and promote technical excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery
• At least 5 years in a technical leadership, solution design, or architecture role
• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail channel applications
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
