Job Summary

Oversee the deployment team responsible for implementing software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with the solutions architect, systems analysts, developers and coordination with software vendors to ensure successful deployment and integration of software solutions. Responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring quality standards, and providing software solution deployment support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of deploying software, including configuration, integration, and testing. Ensure all dependencies and prerequisites for deployment are addressed.
  • Lead and manage the deployment team to ensure efficient and successful software deployment. Develop and maintain deployment plans and schedules.
  • Work closely with the solutions architect to understand and implement designed solutions. Ensure alignment between architectural design and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during deployment. Escalate critical issues to vendors or higher management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with software vendors to understand packaged solutions and resolve any issues during deployment. Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Ensure that deployed software solutions meet required quality standards and perform as expected.
  • Provide regular updates to project team on deployment progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, including configuration settings, procedures, and customizations.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance after deployment to ensure solution stability.
  • Mentor and train deployment team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing packaged software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in at least one of the following areas:

    • Private Banking and Wealth Management: Client lifecycle management, advisory platforms, portfolio management, risk profiling, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance tools

    • Trusts and Asset Management: Fund Operations, client reporting, portfolio management, compliance and risk tools

    • Securities Trading and Treasury: Front to back trading workflows, core systems integration, risk and regulatory projects

  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
