Job Summary:

• To lead and manage systems analysis and testing function across multiple projects by ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into quality technology solutions, overseeing end-to-end analysis, implementation, and testing activities, maintaining compliance with SDLC, governance, risk, and quality standards, and developing a high-performing team that delivers successful outcomes and operational excellence

• Lead and develop the systems analysts and testers team to ensure the delivery of high-quality business analysis and testing services
• Ensure business requirements are accurately elicited, analyzed, documented, and translated into functional and testable solution specifications
• Oversee systems implementation and quality assurance activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Enforce compliance with SDLC, governance, risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and other relevant parties
• Drive continuous improvement of business analysis, testing processes, methodologies, and team capabilities
• Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with business objectives, operationally ready, and meet agreed quality standards
• Ensure business needs are accurately translated into functional and testable solution requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and develop systems analysts and testers team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of requirements and testing activities
• Manage team workload, priorities, performance, resource allocation and drive process improvements in business analysis and testing practices and promote innovation, best practices, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Cach and mentor team members to enhance their business analysis, testing, and professional competencies and foster a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused work environment
• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of business , functinoal, and non-functional requirements and ensure requirements are translated into accurate, complete, and testable functinoal specificaitons and identify and manage risks related to requirements, testing, and system-implementation activities
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and discussions to identify business needs and solution requirements and ensure requirements traceability and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with business units, solution architects, developers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives achieve project milestones, quality targets, and implementation timelines
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, evaluate solutions, and support change management, operational readiness, and production deployment activities
• Establish and maintain testing standards, methodologies, and quality assurance practices
• Review and approve test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and test data, oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, volume, and user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor defect management activities and ensure systems meet quality and production readiness requirements
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, project governance standards, and organizational policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, management, vendors, and external partners
• Serve as the primary escalation point for requirements and testing-related concerns and evaluate vendor or development team deliverables
• Ensure compliance with agreed quality and performance standards and timely resolution of findings while maintaining proper project governance documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in business/systems analysis, systems implementation, and solution delivery within the financial services industry

• Must have participated in end-to-end system implementaiton projects, covering requirements gathering, design, testing until deployment and post-implementation support
• Strong testing background, experience inleading, mentoring and developing systems analysts and testers
