Job Summary

The Team Head is responsible for ensuring that the Team's targets insurance premiums, commission, profitability, penetration are met through the implementation of business development initiatives, marketing programs and processes/ procedures from quotation/ proposal generation, placements, booking, client servicing and administration of the accounts while ensuring that bank risks are covered at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

• Enhancing existing packages and obtaining best possible rates and benefits for new ones; ensuring that SLA in service delivery is met
• Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with bank counterparts to broker services and solutions for the existing base and other untapped base/s as applicable; understand and help find solutions to service issues 
• Oversee and supervise the team's day to day activities 
• Consistently monitor processes and results, identify areas for improvement, and document and implement process improvements, including any required system enhancement

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• At least 4-7 years' experience in non-life and life insurance brokerage company
• With good communications skills
• Willing to work on-site in Makati
