Team Head

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage a team of analysts and testers to deliver projects end to tend.
• Support the technical leads, and project managers by assigning the right resources and provide analysis and testing leadership to the team.
• Understand the business requirements comprehensively, and develop functional requirements to be consumed by the development team based on the product / platform on which the solution is going to be deployed.
• Work with the architects to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of project requirements from business requirements to solution design to functional and non functional requirements equivalent units of codes / functions / modules to SIT and UAT test cases to deployment and release notes.
• Develop test approach and test plans, as well as test cases, test data, and help with the functional testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
• 8+ years of experience in IT development for financial services project
• Deep expertise in at least one business process domains OR strong in one of the technology domain used for BDO solutions 
• Have lead a team of minimum 5 developers/analyst/testers to a successful deployment, with project more than 6 months duration 
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
