Systems Support Officer

Job Description:

• As a Systems Support Officer, you will be responsible for the supervision, execution and documentation of user acceptance testing (UAT) of automated accounting processes and system generated accounting entries and reports of core and auxiliary systems. Handles the development and evaluation, user training and post-production implementation review of selected business and system projects for credit card accounting. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend systems training, UAT kick-off meeting initiated to gather information and prepare for the UAT project.

• Review the test plan of the UAT project and provide necessary feedback to align Credit Card Accounting Department test functions with business unit test functions

• Prepare test condition and test script to ensure that required test scenarios were covered based on the test plan and the department's business requirements, as applicable

• Monitor test activities of simultaneous UAT projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience handling general accounting receivables and payables

• Background in User Acceptance Testing

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
