Systems Support Analyst (Makati)

Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

Execution and documentation of user acceptance testing (UAT) of automated accounting processes and system generated accounting entries and reports of core and auxiliary systems

Assist the Systems Support Officer/Section Head in the design and evaluation, user training and post-production implementation review of new/enhanced systems and reports for credit card accounting

Review the test plan of the UAT project and provide necessary feedback to System Support Officer/Section Head and CBG-Systems Department to align Credit Card Accounting Department (CCAD) test functions with business unit test functions

Monitor and follow-up, within the set time frame, the UAT issues referred to CBG-Systems Department to update its status and expedite an action/resolution

Reconcile transactions, financial data and other information using system-generated reports/schedules from applicable systems and supporting documents received from business units

Analyze test results, investigate and report defects / issues, update the test script/test tool and collate supporting documents based on the test results

Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications

Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management and Accounting;

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision, organized, systematic, keen to details

With adequate knowledge in computer operations, specifically in MS Excel and Word, handling accounting system

Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati

Must be a Filipino citizen
