Job Description:

  • As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for helping drive stronger and closer collaboration between the Business Unit (BU) and Information Technology Groups (ITG). Key functions include (i) ensuring accuracy and quality of detailed business requirements documentation and user test script development projects and initiatives that form part of the technology strategy and delivery roadmap, and (ii) working closely with the different BU and ITG teams to develop detailed business cases.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop deep knowledge, appreciation and understanding of the BU strategy and objectives

  • Proactively manage assigned pieces of work in a timely manner

  • Ensure timely/ quality detailed Business Requirements and Business Case preparation, user test scripts preparation and execution

  • High level satisfaction of the Business Unit in relation to IT services

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, industrial engineering or information technology graduate with experience on business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development 

  • At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking experience with business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development

  • Effectively demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership and project management discipline

  • Track record on business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development and implementation

  • Worked on transformational projects

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
