Responsible in supervising the daily activities and operations of the Mailroom and ensuring that established mailing/messengerial standards are maintained. Directs and monitors personnel performance on the following key performance areas: customer service, business/financial process and operation risks.


 

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the proper processing and distribution of Head Office and branches outgoing and incoming
    documents/pouches to/from provincial branches through courier agencies.

  • Supervises the proper processing and distribution of Branches and Head Office outgoing documents/pouches to/from clients through courier agencies.

  • Supervises the processing of outgoing ordinary/registered mails.

  • Processes billings of Phil. Postal Corp., UPS, DHL and LBC

  • Monitors and processes requesting of supplies


 

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year degree course.

  • 2-5 years experience in a secretarial function or administrative work preferably in logistics and operations.

  • Keen to details, analytical, proficient in written and oral English, approachable, service and result oriented.

  • Must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
