Job Summary

 

The primary role of the Section Head – Enterprise Architecture is to lead and govern the Enterprise Architecture practice, ensuring the creation, maintenance, communication and enforcement of EA standards, methodologies, target state architecture, technology roadmaps and architecture governance processes across the Bank. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of Enterprise Architecture standards, catalogues and target state views. 
• Govern architecture compliance and chair architecture review discussions. 
• Drive enterprise-wide architecture decisions and technology roadmaps. 
• Lead Enterprise Architects supporting architecture and business domains. 
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic objectives. 
• Oversee architecture assessments, business case reviews and architecture governance forums. 
• Manage architecture risks, technical debt and emerging technology evaluations.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
  • At least 15 years IT work experience and minimum 7 years architecture leadership experience (enterprise, solution or technical architecture).
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
