The Change Management Lead is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Change Management team with the objective of effectively performing assessment, prioritization and risk mitigation functions. The role is also responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, leading a team of change management professionals, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption. He/she will be pivotal in guiding the organization through transformational journeys while minimizing resistance and maximizing the benefits of change.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Key Activities:
- Collaborate with incident management, problem management, and other relevant teams to establish a robust change management process
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities to facilitate the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives.
- Lead a team of change management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in executing change management plans and activities.
- Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to assess change impact, define change management objectives, and establish a roadmap for change implementation.
- Design and deliver change communication plans, including key messages, communication channels, and targeted audience engagement strategies to ensure a clear and consistent understanding of the change process.
- Facilitate change management training programs and workshops to equip employees and leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate change successfully.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project teams, providing expert guidance on change management best practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and progress of change initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
B. Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the Service Delivery Life Cycle
- Identify and track critical success factors and KPIs
- Recruits and develops Change Managers to create a high-performing team capable of supporting the current goals and objectives

Provides promotional and career development opportunities for the team that includes career paths, succession planning, and on-the-job training opportunities.

Conducts regular performance appraisals and recommends appropriate personnel actions

Define and maintain the change management procedure and continuously improve the defined process
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

At least 7 years experience in Change Management / Release Management / Project Management / Production Support

At least 7 years experience leading change activities including risk and readiness assessments, change impact analysis and deployment planning.

ITIL certified or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
