Job Description:

  • As a Section Head, you will strategically oversee the technical operations section ensuring alignment with organizational and unit objectives. Provide comprehensive guidance to the technical operations section in proactively managing incidents and problem tickets, obsolescence and vulnerabilities, implementing enhancements and permanent fixes, planning application and infrastructure patches, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing production releases and coordinating capacity management for seemles technical operations.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs align within technical teams

  • Report overall team status, issues, resource plan, etc.

  • Manage escalations and provide timely resolution

  • Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software application development with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role

  • Proven experience leading technical teams in a financial services or digital banking environment

 

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
