Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for the sale of the acquired real estate properties of the bank by obtaining the best offers possible from prospective buyers at the fastest time and acceptable returns.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit direct buyers, source buyers from brokers network.
  • Secure offers from direct buyers and ensure buyer's conformity if prospect is solicited through a broker.
  • Arrange site tripping / property inspection with prospects and brokers
  • Ensure complete submission of all buyer's documentary requirements
  • Evaluate and finalize sales proposals for management approval

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four (4) year college degree course, preferably business related
  • At least two (2) years experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company or brokers firm.
  • Must be willing to willing to do field work for site tripping with prospective buyers and brokers
  • Must already have existing customer database, customer portfolio listing and network
  • Must possess a strong and established string of brokers network, both individuals and companies
  • Must be adept in social media platforms for sale and marketing of real estate properties, preferably with existing social media presence.
  • Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
