Risk Management Officer

The position is responsible for the implementation of the risk management framework in BDO Life, and ensures alignment of the relevant risk management policies and guidelines of the Parent Bank. He/She is responsible for the identification, measurement, quantification, control and reporting of the in-scope risks of the Company. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines of the Company and regulations, as it pertains to risk management.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.

·         With at least 5 years' work experience preferably with the financial institution.

·         With background in life insurance operations, life insurance marketing and distribution, governance, risk management and compliance

·         Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

·         Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
