Risk & Compliance Officer
Makati City, National Capital Region, PH
Responsbilities:
Compliance
- Acts as coordinator for compliance-related requests including but not limited to BSP surveys and queries, internal and external audit reports.
- Assists in collecting and reviewing reports related to related party transactions, regulatory, external and internal audit requirements.
- Provides non-related party comparables to Relationship Managers handling related party accounts to ensure compliance with regular reporting of benchmarking templates.
- Provides inputs on policy changes and ensures that policies are aligned with processes of Institutional Banking Group.
- To provide inputs on how to improve internal processes and resolve bottlenecks that affect the Business Unit’s ability to meet compliance requirements within internal and regulatory policies.
Operational Risk Management
- Assists in preparation and submission of operational risk management requirements of IBG and jointly with the Operations and Support Units.
- Conducts periodic review of key risk indicators.
- Provides support in the implementation of said operational risk management strategy within IBG.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Legal Management, Audit, or MIS from a reputable university.
- Preferably with at least five years’ experience as a Compliance officer or Auditor.
- Established experience in audit, corporate governance or compliance
