Job Summary



The Reports Assistant is responsible for the preparation, completeness and timely submission of clients reports and compliance to regulatory requirements in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Prepares assigned reports - Final Accounting report, daily and weekly reports submitted to the client

  • Pouches reports for delivery to the clients, Insurance Commission/external parties.

  • Prepares certification of fund balances, client's audit confirmation.

  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications



  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related Business field

  • Preferably with experience in Accounting related business or similar nature

  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Required Skills: adequate background and understanding in Accounting, knowledge in Accounting tools and techniques (e.g. MS Office software)

  • Detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable, team player

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
