Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the release and distribution of stock certificates, dividend checks, withholding tax forms, and other shareholder documents.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of corporate actions, including cash dividends, stock dividends, stock rights, and shareholder communications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the safekeeping of unclaimed certificates, checks, and other custody assets.
- Monitor corporate action schedules and ensure timely delivery of shareholder notices and entitlements.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations, physical counts, and operational reporting.
- Ensure proper account funding, documentation, approvals, and accounting entries related to releases and distributions.
- Coordinate with issuer corporations, shareholders, brokers, couriers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and support service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and established operating procedures.
- Support special corporate agency projects, IPO-related activities, and other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to job
- At least 3 years work experience gained from Bank or other Financial Institution, knowledge in Transfer Agency business an advantage
