The Relationship Manager has an important role as the one responsible for the day-to-day account management and/or administration, portfolio mix design, portfolio management/administration, client servicing and profitability of the simple and moderate accounts and funds assigned to him/her.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, monitor, manage and administer all servicing requirements of assigned accounts following policies and guidelines for the proper and efficient management and administration.

  • Deliver his/her volume budget.

  • Generate additional funds from presently managed accounts/funds.

  • Assist in Business Development activities to generate new accounts for Trust via referrals.

  • Supervise the work of the Account Officer Assistants.

  • Implement and ensure compliance to internal/external audit policies and guidelines covering the accounts under his/her management.

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate preferable Business course related.

  • At least two (2) years' experience in account management handling trust products.

  • Certification from Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines is preferred.

  • Have very good written and oral communication skills.
