The position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in Promotions and Events Unit.  Supports the team through various tasks related to organizing marketing events, development and creation of sales and marketing materials for periodic campaigns and contests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Promotions - assist in design proofing of contest creatives and contents such as flyers and presentation materials for full year and periodic campaigns and contests.
  • Events Management - provides support in organizing events and activities as part of marketing promotions program.
  • Inventory Management - monitors supplies and inventory of marketing materials.
  • Administrative Functions - tasks includes storing, managing, organizing marketing files, recording marketing expenses.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or any related field
  • With at least a year of marketing experience, preferably in rewards or recognition program formulation, events and travel management.
  • With functional knowledge using Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) or other graphics application/software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player, flexible and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
