Project Manager

Responsible for managing the delivery of BDO projects. Effectively manage project resources, scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing IT Projects - Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
• Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) across one or more lines of business
• Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
• Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
• Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal.
• Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes
• Project resource management
• Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project team’s performance appraisals
• Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports and issues escalations
• Oversee sourcing and management of vendors
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, processes, policies and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, SDLC etc.)
• Define and monitor all project key constraints
• Manage project issues and risks
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
• Develop and implement project communication plans
• Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders
• Monitor and address audit findings and related action items associated with the project
• Perform other related tasks 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Max of 5 years project management experience
• Manages all types of projects ranging from low-level to high-level complexities
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati
