Project Manager

Job Description:

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. S/he supervises tasks, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and ensures the timely completion of the project. The Project Manager must also foresee potential blockers and find proper solutions to mitigate or eliminate them ensuring project success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project

• Prioritize change requests, execute impact assessment, able to make decisions to accept or reject changes, and communicate clearly the decision to different stakeholders

• Responsible for foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks

• Ensure that stakeholders and team members stay motivated throughout a project’s lifecycle, ensuring top-quality results and on-time completion of project deliverables

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields 

• Between 5 and 15 years of experience as full-time project manager (directly managing the team) in financial services

• Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified

• Demonstrated experience in managing minimally 2 large projects (> 1year, > 30 people, > USD 5mill)

• Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
