Job Summary

 

Responsible for handling the infrastructure and operations requirements of the bank’s business unit’s applications.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Onboard business projects to identify proper support needed from ITIO
2. Manage the infrastructure requirements of the business system projects of the bank
3. Develop and create infrastructure workplan; optimize the workplan to recover delays but still be able to meet the project timeline
4. Conduct review of the in-flight system against the approved infrastructure design
5. Review and assist operationalization of a system prior to production implementation
6. Ensure proper transition of system from project delivery team to production support team
7. Report project outcomes, issues, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed – escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
8. Ensure compliance with established processes and policies - SDLC
9. Recommend and implement changes to ITIO processes and policies
10. Monitor and address audit findings and related action items associated with the project
11. Perform other related tasks

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least 2 Experience in project delivery
  • Experience in IT Operations, and process design and service improvement are preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
