Program Head

Job Summary:The ESG Program Head will be responsible for driving value creation through key enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes strategic planning, performance tracking, and executive reporting. The role supports the Head of Enterprise Initiatives & Program Management in delivering insights and managing transformation programs across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track progress of enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure value creation.Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to project success.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and projects across various programs.
• Provide analytics and business case support for strategic decision-making.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports to communicate strategic insights and progress.Oversee performance measurement and reporting for key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or Management, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven background in leading and implementing successful strategic initiatives and transformation programs.Must be willing to assigned and work
