Responsible for the overall management of the service requirements of the institutional/corporate clients on the various availment of the bank's services to ensure that they lead to the attainment of the business goals of the bank.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  1. Facilitates the deposit-related & cash management services requests of the institutional/corporate account handled by Transaction Banking & other units of the bank; reviews accounts profitability for management information and disposition.
  2. Attends to the retail (branch) accounts servicing with regard to deposit related & cash management services requests of from the branches; reviews accounts profitability for management information and disposition; handles customized check processing as well.
  3. Coordinates with TBG Sales & IBG Account Officer requirements and other units of the bank for the service implementation.
  4. Handles complaints of institutional clients and ensures that the issues/resolutions are attended to by the various involved units.
  5. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
