Job Summary 

The role is responsible for providing support to the Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary/ies by effectively coordinating board, committee, and stockholders’ meetings. This includes planning, logistics, material preparation, regulatory compliance, and follow-up actions. The position is also responsible for maintaining corporate records, collaborating with the Board and senior management, engaging with transfer agents and stockholders, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements. A key aspect of the role is driving the team's digital transformation efforts through the implementation of process improvements, workflow automation, and technology-enabled solutions that strengthen governance, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of Board and Board Committee Meetings
  • Records Management and Custodianship
  • Stockholder Relations
  • Regulatory Reports and Administrative Functions
  • Lead the Legal Services team's digital transformation agenda by championing process automation and technology adoption

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 5 years experience preferably in a corporate secretarial, legal or governance role
  • Strong experience in legal process automation, workflow digitization, and continuous process improvement is highly preferred
  • Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite daily in Ortigas or Makati
