Department:
Job Mandate: Processing of investments, asset transfer orders and inter-portfolio transfer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of investments orders (buy, sell, maturities, pretermination).
- Encodes/Approves investments orders.
- Reviews compliance to investments orders processing requirements.
- Processing of asset transfer (incoming/outgoing).
- Encodes/Approves asset transfer orders.
- Reviews compliance to asset transfer order processing requirements.
- Processing of inter-portfolio transfer.
- Encodes/Approves inter-portfolio transfer orders.
- Reviews compliance to inter-portfolio transfer order processing requirements.
Others
- Prepares and Liaises with internal/external parties/examination/inquiries (ie Audit, Compliance, Regulatory).
- Monitor compliance to policies/guidelines/directives.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- 3-5 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any Financial Institution is an advantage
